What's up? The name is Tyler Cobb. I am twenty years young and a very deep, and passionate sports fan. I love all sports' in general - some a lot more than others - but I have love for about all sports that I can play or even just watch on TV or listen to on the radio. Ever since I was eight I have loved sports, which has led to making my dream being becoming a sports writer, or a broadcaster. Nothing in my mind would be a better and sweeter profession (other than playing professional sports) than being involved in the atomsphere of the game or event as a writer or broadcaster in the professional sports world.
I will be using this blog to show colleges in the future - or any body else in the business of sports writing that could help lead me to the professional level. I will be attending Lincoln Land CC in the coming up fall - hopefully. I will be writing articles on any and all sports going on. I am planning on writing around an article or two per night - possibly more (depending on how I am feeling that day, and how much important things are going on for that particular day/night). I will write on the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, NCAA college sports, and many more of the big sports out there such as racing, boxing, arena football, possibly some MMA fighting and racing.
My favorite teams mean a lot to me because I am a passionate fan for my hometown teams - aside from the Bulls - but with St. Louis not having a team, the Bulls are the local team on television and are the closest team to me. The Cardinals, Rams, and Blues are my St. Louis roots - and so are my Missouri Tigers.
But even though I am a passionate sports fan for my teams - as a writer - I am very good at being neutral. I do let my hate show for players that I don't like - and teams as well - but for the most part I don't allow that to be the main subtitle to my writing. Same goes for my favorite teams and players.
My favorite sports athletes include the likes Ochocinco, Michael Vick, Peyton Manning, Sam Bradford, and Albert Pujols. My most hated is LeBron James -- but Chris Bosh, Brandon Phillips, Brian Urlacher, and Carlos Zambrano are all pretty close behind.
